We train Adult Athletes wether they are recreational, retired or traditional athletes. The type of training will vary depending on the level of commitment or participation in physical activity or sports. The level of commitment to training or level of competition is used to broadly classify athletes into categories, such as recreational, competitive, amateur, or professional. Athletes who comprise any of these categories are diverse in their level of physical fitness, sport-specific skill sets, and occupations. Their lifestyles and occupations range from mostly sedentary to very active, and there is generally a clear distinction to which category they fall into. When considering their activity-specific training and health care needs, we still classify these individuals as athletes.

ARDOR's Tactical Athlete Program can be described as an all-encompassing state of physical fitness whereby cardiorespiratory endurance, anaerobic endurance, muscle strength, power, flexibility, and mobility are developed and maintained.
By definition, an athlete is “a person trained or gifted in exercises or contests involving physical agility, coordination, stamina, or strength” . The one common tie among most tactical athletes regardless of age or situation in life is the requirement of general physical preparedness, on which the technical and tactical skills requisite for the survival of ones life or profession are developed.
Although the dimension of physical performance in athletics is well accepted and understood, many physically demanding occupations require personnel to develop a diverse and varied set of skills that are crucial in environments involving civil protection, grave physical danger, hostile forces, or rescue situations.

OUR YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF THE RAPIDLY GROWING AND DEVELOPING MIDDLE SCHOOL CHILD, FOR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE AND GENERAL FITNESS. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES THE PHYSICAL FOUNDATION ON WHICH WE WILL BUILD UPON IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR MORE ADVANCED TRAINING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL.
Beginning Strength & Conditioning and Speed & Agility training. Introduces the next level of sports performance in a fun and positive environment, while focusing on the progression of strength and speed training. Emphasize on fundamental tools to move with greater safety, speed, and efficiency.
Develop functional athletic movement for developing athletes. Introduces sports performance in a fun and positive environment, while focusing on building the base of intramuscular communication by utilizing proper technique and execution. Introduction of Functional Movement including: Beginning Strength Endurance and muscular balance and flexibility.
THE YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR BOYS AND GIRLS, AGES 10 TO 14, TO TEACH THE SKILLS AND STRATEGIES REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF MOVEMENT AND ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF THE RAPIDLY GROWING AND DEVELOPING YOUTH ATHLETE FOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE AND OVERALL HEALTH.
OUR STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM ADHERES TO OUR HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (HIT) AND APPLIED FUNCTIONAL SCIENCE (AFS) PHILOSOPHIES AND FOCUS ON THE STRENGTHENING ALL OF THE MAJOR MUSCLES OF THE BODY IN A FUNCTIONAL MANOR THAT INSURES INJURY PREVENTION (PRE-HABILITATION) MUSCULAR BALANCE AND PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT.
Power Speed: Focuses on advanced weight lifting, speed drills, and plyometrics, a 60 minute block of complete muscular development, strength training, and complete speed and agility training 3 times a week.
SPEED ENDURANCE: is a 60 minute block of complete endurance muscular development, mixed with high intensity intervals and low intensity intervals to enhance the body’s ability to maintain a high level of performance over an extended period of time.
OUR SPECIALTY SPORT SPEED, AGILITY, AND CONDITIONING CLASS IS A PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED AND IMPLEMENTED TRAINING PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY AIMED TO IMPROVE EACH ATHLETE’S ACCELERATION, DECELERATION AND CHANGE OF DIRECTION SKILLS, FORWARD, LATERAL OR VERTICAL EXPLOSIVENESS, OVERALL SPEED, REACTION TIME (VISUAL AND AUDITORY), QUICKNESS, STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TOUGHNESS, AND SPORT SPECIFIC SKILLS & CONDITIONING LEVELS.

If you are an Endurance Athlete, you need muscular endurance to go along with your cardio vascular endurance. We use a Circuit Based Mixture of Hiit, Resistance and Functional Movement to strengthen several muscle groups at a time, so that you will have the ability to sustain repeated contractions against resistance for an extended period of time. This workout is ever changing, to build the body of Lean and Functional Athlete. 60 minutes

If you are trying to build strength and elevate your level of performance equally, so that you can go and do any athletic activity of your choosing at a moment’s notice, then you’ll be Performance Ready. Ultimate Workout for Training for Muscle Building for Strength and Speed, Power & Functional Movement, we will challenge your body as you move through a series of challenges in every plane of movement. Over your 3 or 4 day cycle we challenge and exhaust every part of your body. A tactical athlete needs to be good at strength, power, speed, agility, cardio endurance, muscle stamina, flexibility and mobility. Training to become a member of the tactical population (military, police, firefighter, etc.), the difference in training and maintaining your skills is much different than the average athlete. We will keep your training diverse and ever changing, so you can continue progressing in a wide variety of situation & skill sets. We keep you Performance Ready.

Our team of professional sports performance coaches are trained and experienced in corrective exercise and post rehabilitation training. We work in conjunction with physical therapists and use the newest technologies and techniques in athletic post-rehabilitation to help our athletes return to play faster and stay healthy in their field of competition longer.
