YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

THE YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR BOYS AND GIRLS, AGES 10 TO 14, TO TEACH THE SKILLS AND STRATEGIES REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPING YOUTH ATHLETE AND OVERALL HEALTH.  THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES THE PHYSICAL FOUNDATION ON WHICH WE WILL BUILD IN PREPARATION FOR TRAINING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL

SPEED I:

Designed for younger athletes (ages 10-12) Goal: Develop functional athletic movement for developing athletes.  Introduction of Functional Movement including: Beginning Strength, Speed, Agility, Quickness & Flexibility. 

SPEED II:

Designed for Middle School Athletes (ages 12-13) Goal: Beginning Strength & Conditioning and Speed & Agility training. Introduces the next level of sports performance in a fun and positive environment, while focusing on the progression of strength and speed training.   Rates are $125 a month for 3 times a week.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

OUR HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM ADHERES TO OUR HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (HIT) AND APPLIED FUNCTIONAL SCIENCE (AFS) PHILOSOPHIES AND FOCUS ON THE STRENGTHENING ALL OF THE MAJOR MUSCLES OF THE BODY IN A FUNCTIONAL MANOR THAT INSURES INJURY PREVENTION (PRE-HABILITATION) MUSCULAR BALANCE AND PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT.

POWER SPEED:

Designed for Power High School Athletes (ages 14-18) POWER SPEED: Focuses on advanced weight lifting, speed drills, and plyometrics, a 60 minute block of complete muscular development, strength training, and complete speed and agility training 3 times a week. 
Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Softball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Rugby, Track & Field: Sprinters, Jumpers, Hurdlers and Throwers.

SPEED ENDURANCE:

Designed for Endurance High School Athletes (ages 14-18) SPEED ENDURANCE is a 60 minute block of complete endurance muscular development, mixed with high intensity intervals and low intensity intervals to enhance the body’s ability to  maintain a high level of performance over an extended period of time.
Cross Country, Track Distance Runners, Soccer, Cyclist, Cross Country Skiers and Tri-athletes.
Rates are $150 a month for 3 times a week.

F.A.S.S.T. TRAINING: 

Designed for Advanced High level Olympic and Collegiate Athletes.

FASST Group  

Elite F.A.S.S.T. Group is the complete program: Functional Agility, Speed & Strength Training a 90 minute hybrid, mixed with Strength & Power Training for 45 minutes.   Improve muscular strength and power, rapid force production, and advanced athletic development.  Agility drills for faster footwork and quickness, better proprioception (body awareness), lateral movement efficiency, rapid response and reaction time.  
Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Lacrosse & Rugby.

FASST Track

Elite F.A.S.S.T.  Track Training is the complete program: Functional Speed & Strength Training a 90 minute hybrid.  Improve speed and acceleration production: Functional Strength, core stability, development of functional speed and power, rapid force production, rotational development.  Where you receive Speed, acceleration and stride Training for 45 minutes, Maximize speed: Sprinting biomechanics, first-step quickness, acceleration technique, and foundational body mechanics and posture.  
Track & Field: Sprinters, Jumpers, Hurdlers and Throwers.
Rates Start are $200 a month for 3 times a week

F.A.S.S.T -N- FAR:

Designed for Advanced High level High School & Collegiate Endurance Athletes FASST -N- FAR is the complete program: Functional Speed Endurance & Strength Resilience Training that can take you very Far.  This is a 90 minute hybrid, where you receive Advanced Function Movement, Speed Endurance Training mixed with Strength & Muscular Endurance Training.   Focus on functional mobility and joint stability for movement efficiency.  We address repetitive movement and muscular imbalance issues and injury prevention is key to this developmental group.
Cross Country, Track Distance Runners, Cyclist, Cross Country Skiers and Tri-athletes.

WE FOCUS ON MAXIMUM INCREASES IN SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER, AGILITY, EXPLOSIVENESS, & CONDITIONING DESIGNED TO ENSURE AN ELITE PERFORMANCE IN THE PRO DAYS OR AT THE COMBINE OR TRY-OUT!

Designed for SWIMMERS

Goal: Develop functional athletic movement for the water, while on dry land.

UDT is Ultimate Dry-Land Training has three different facets of dry land training, all of which are important; Strength training, Core Training and Muscle conditioning.  When it comes to developing explosive power in the water, which is particularly critical for sprinting, dry land contributes more than swim training.  We focus on developing swim-specific strength, building the core muscles involved in the correct swimming motions, while conditioning and balancing your overall physique for injury prevention.  Becoming strong while remaining lean is a key to fast swimming.  The result has been stronger, fitter and faster swimmers. We want our athletes to build upon the progress they have made in the Off Season which is why we have created a new element to the ARDOR Elite Training experience: In-Season Programs.
