For the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes interested in taking their talents to the next level, ARDOR Elite’s Sports Performance offers on-field speed & agility, strength, and power fundamentals training. By the constant development and reinforcement of sprint mechanics, multi-directional speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, and power, we help you become the Best. We pair this movement training philosophy with our weight room and strength training, which are designed for each individual athlete based on the specifics of their sport. Athletes training under the ARDOR Elite Sports Performance program are challenged in every session to take their skill set to the next level.
